As noted in Enviva’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, our fundamental policy is to conduct our business with honesty and integrity in accordance with the highest legal and ethical standards.

Helpline information

You may report any suspected violations of the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics or other ethical concerns regarding Enviva’s business by calling our 24-hour Ethics & Compliance Helpline at 1 (866) 823-9217, toll-free in the United States. You also may report suspected violations to the Ethics & Compliance Helpline online. Dialing instructions for locations outside the United States also can be found online.

The Ethics & Compliance Helpline is managed by a third-party and you may choose to disclose your concerns anonymously. Anyone can report a concern through the Ethics & Compliance Helpline, including Enviva employees, customers, vendors, and members of the general public. Enviva does not permit retaliation of any kind for good faith reports of ethical violations.
