Glenn Nunziata

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Mr. Nunziata is a member of the Board of Managers of Enviva, LLC and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in December 2024. He previously served as interim Chief Executive Officer since November 2023, after joining Enviva Inc. as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in August 2023. As CEO, Mr. Nunziata leads a global team of 1,200+ associates dedicated to fulfilling the critical demand for wood-based renewable energy solutions. He oversees all aspects of Enviva’s day-to-day operations, setting the company’s strategic direction, while providing appropriate resources and capital allocations to support the company’s operations and future commercial opportunities. Most recently, Mr. Nunziata served as CFO of Smithfield Foods Inc., an $18 billion company that owns and operates processing facilities across the U.S. and works with thousands of farmers and landowners each year managing its diversified supply chain. Prior to his tenure at Smithfield, he held various positions of increasing responsibility at EY over the span of 19 years, most recently as a Partner in Assurance Services. Mr. Nunziata holds a Bachelor of Science and a Masters in Accounting from James Madison University. Mr. Nunziata currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of StoneBridge School and sits on the Board of Advisors for the College of Business at James Madison University.

James Geraghty

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Mr. Geraghty has served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President since December 2024. He previously served as Executive Vice President, Finance since November 2023. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President, Finance from October 2021, Vice President, Finance since June 2018, and as Controller since January 2011. From July 2008 to January 2011, Mr. Geraghty was Project Manager at Rose Financial Services where he assisted early-stage high-growth companies in scaling their finance functions in preparation for private and public debt and equity offerings. Prior to that, he was Controller at The George Washington University Hospital since July 2002. From September 1999 to July 2002, Mr. Geraghty worked in the Assurance and Business Advisory Services of Arthur Andersen, LLP. Mr. Geraghty holds a B.S. in Accounting from Mount Saint Mary’s University, an M.B.A. from the George Washington University School of Business, and holds a Certified Public Accountant accreditation.

Jason Paral

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, CHIEF LEGAL OFFICER, AND SECRETARY

Mr. Paral has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Secretary since December 2024. He is also Enviva’s Chief Compliance Officer. Previously, he held a series of positions at Enviva with increasing responsibility, first as Assistant General Counsel beginning in June 2015, then as Vice President, Associate General Counsel, and Secretary beginning in February 2018, as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Secretary beginning in March 2022, as Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Secretary beginning in January 2023, and as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary beginning in November 2023. Prior to joining Enviva, Mr. Paral practiced law at Vinson & Elkins L.L.P., where, from February 2008 to June 2015, he represented borrowers, developers, sponsors, and investors in the renewable and traditional energy industries across a broad range of complex project development and project finance transactions, as well as mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. Mr. Paral holds a B.A. in Political Science from Western Illinois University and a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School.

Matthew J. Foder, P.E.

Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer

Mr. Foder has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer since June 2025. As CCO, he owns Enviva’s overall commercial strategy as the company builds on its existing customer base in power and heat generation while diversifying its portfolio and expanding into new markets. Mr. Foder is focused on identifying growth opportunities for the company, including developing and commercializing additional applications for its sustainable biomass. He has over 30 years of experience in the global energy industry, spanning the upstream, midstream, downstream, and power generation segments in strategic, functional, and operational leadership roles. Most recently, Mr. Foder served as Senior Vice President, Growth Projects at Weatherford International, a global energy services company. Before that, he held the role of Senior Vice President, Innovation & New Energy, owning the company’s Research, Development, & Engineering activities and its Digital and energy transition businesses. Prior to his tenure at Weatherford, he worked at Exterran Corporation as Vice President, Aftermarket Operations and Vice President, Products, Engineering, & Operations. Prior to Exterran, Mr. Foder was an executive at GE Oil & Gas and GE Power & Water in global sales and strategy roles. He began his career at Air Products and Chemicals, where he held various engineering, commercial, and business leadership positions over 21 years. Mr. Foder holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University and an M.S. in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Craig Lorraine

Mr. Lorraine has served as Senior Vice President, Fiber and Sustainability Operations since June 2022 and prior to that, as Senior Vice President, Commercial and Sustainability Operations since April 2021. He joined Enviva as Vice President, Customer Fulfillment in April 2018. He is responsible for executing Enviva’s fiber procurement strategy, ensuring the company has the best-suited fiber to produce our sustainable wood pellets. In addition, he leads port operations, inland logistics, and sustainability operations as it relates to Track and Trace® and the operational audits of Enviva’s plants. Mr. Lorraine brings years of experience in the manufacturing industry where he expanded his knowledge in supply chain management and business development. From July 2014 to April 2018, Mr. Lorraine worked in the automotive industry at Motus Integrated Technologies, serving as a Vice President. Previously, he worked as Director, Global Headliner Products at Lear Corporation for four years and at Piston Automotive as Director of Business Development for six years. Mr. Lorraine holds an M.B.A. from Davenport University and a B.A. in Psychology from Albion College.

Jon Rickers

Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

Mr. Rickers has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer since July 2025. He leads all aspects of Human Resources (HR) for Enviva’s global workforce of more than 1,200 associates. He is responsible for developing and executing the company’s human resources strategies, while driving people initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top talent. Mr. Rickers has an extensive background leading organizations through transformation, accelerating growth, and shaping strong company culture. Since 2020, Mr. Rickers worked at ABX Innovative Packaging Solutions, a flexible packaging manufacturer, as the company’s first Chief People Officer. Prior to his tenure at ABX, he spent 11 years at EnPro Industries, holding various HR leadership positions, ultimately serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. Previously, he worked at ITT for eight years, progressing into the role of Director, Human Resources. He is also the founder of PEG Consulting, a management consulting firm that specializes in transforming organizations through a focus on people, experience, and growth. Mr. Rickers is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and has earned a B.S. in Psychology from Texas Christian University, an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University. He currently serves as the Chair of the Human Resources Committee, a member of the Executive Committee, and a member of the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of the Central Carolinas.

John-Paul Taylor

Senior Vice President, Commercial Solutions and Optimization

Mr. Taylor has served as Senior Vice President, Commercial Solutions and Optimization since June 2025. Formerly, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer since January 2023. He has also served as Senior Vice President, Sales & Fulfillment as well as Senior Vice President, Optimization and Origination. He joined Enviva as Vice President, Optimization and Origination in February 2014. He has been an integral part of the sales and marketing team throughout his tenure, spending the last several years driving Enviva’s contracting and optimization strategy for the application of its biomass in existing and new uses. Mr. Taylor oversees commercial activities related to existing customer contracts and freight agreements as well as executes the contract fulfillment process, ensuring our product meets our customers’ regulatory, sustainability, and quality requirements, and manages wood pellet trading. He also analyzes the market at large to deploy customized logistical solutions for customers to improve Enviva’s value chain. Prior to joining Enviva, Mr. Taylor served as Vice President of Biomass Brokerage at Evolution Markets, where he developed and grew the company’s biomass business. He holds a B.A. in Commerce and an M.A. in International Economics and Finance from Ryerson University in Toronto and graduated from the Carbon Finance & Analytics Programme at the London Business School.

Mark Haser

VICE PRESIDENT, OPERATIONS

Mr. Haser has over 30 years of manufacturing management experience in the wood products industry, including global operations and manufacturing, sourcing and procurement, inventory management, and supply chain, with a focus in the woody biomass space over the last decade.

Mr. Haser currently serves as Enviva’s Vice President of Operations, enforcing operational discipline across Enviva’s manufacturing operations. He joined Enviva as the Plant Manager for the Cottondale, FL facility when it was acquired from Green Circle in 2015 and has remained with the organization due to his proven ability to improve safety and efficiency, while growing and developing high-performing teams.

Prior to Green Circle, Mr. Haser was Vice President of Manufacturing at Packaging Corporation of America, and previously served as Mill Manager at SP Newsprint and Boise paper products. Mr. Haser holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University.

Chris Mathewson


Mr. Mathewson is a Partner and Portfolio Manager of U.S. Liquid Credit in the Ares Credit Group, where he is primarily responsible for managing Ares’ U.S. high yield credit strategies. Additionally, he serves as a member of the Ares Credit Group’s U.S. Liquid Credit Investment Committee. Mr. Mathewson previously served on the Board of Advanstar Communications, a B2B publishing and marketing services business, before its sale to UBM plc in 2014. Prior to joining Ares in 2006, Mr. Mathewson was an Analyst in the Communications and Media Investment Banking Group at Lehman Brothers, where he focused on creating financial models, performing valuation analysis and conducting due diligence. Mr. Mathewson holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College in Economics.

John Rapaport


John Rapaport is the Chief Investment Officer of Keyframe Capital an investment firm focused on special situations and capital solutions opportunities in the Energy Transition sector. Since 2008 Mr. Rapaport has also served in various roles at Cyrus Capital Partners, where he is a Partner, including responsibility for certain investments in the industrial, transportation, financial technology, and energy sectors. Previously, Mr. Rapaport was an associate at Sankaty Advisors LLC, a division of Bain Capital LLC. Mr. Rapaport has also been a Lecturer in the Economics Department at Yale University and has served on a number of public and private corporate boards including Virgin America and NRC Group. Mr. Rapaport holds a B.A. degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Harvard University.

Randall Swift


Mr. Swift is an Operating Partner at American Industrial Partners, an organization he joined in 2015 and currently leads the firm’s Operations Group. Prior to joining American Industrial Partners, he served as the President and CEO of a number of diverse industrial businesses including Heil Trailer International as well as several of the predecessor companies to REV Group, Inc. (Capacity of Texas, Collins Industries and Allied Specialty Vehicles Inc.). Randall served on the Board of Directors of REV Group, Inc. (NYSE:REVG) from 2020 to 2024. Prior to his affiliation with American Industrial Partners, Mr. Swift held various management positions within the Cummins distributor organization. Mr. Swift is an engineer by education with a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Minnesota State University.

Jan Trnka-Amrhein


Jan Trnka-Amrhein is a Partner at American Industrial Partners and joined the firm in 2022. Prior to AIP, Mr. Trnka-Amrhein most recently served as an Executive Director in the Liquid Credit & Special Situations group at FS Investments. Previously, he worked at Black Diamond Capital Management, and initially began his career at Barclays Capital. Mr. Trnka-Amrhein graduated from Duke University.
